Shows up when I boot my computer.. How can I fix it? I have a windows 7 disc but I do not have the CD-key (old HDD)o

My rig: Case: Corsair 760T CPU: Intel 4690k MOBO: MSI Z79 Gaming 5 RaM: 16gb HyperX SSD: 256gb Samsung pro HDD: 1tb Toshiba PSU: Thermaltake smart 750 GPU: 1x GTX 1080 Founders edition

Did you have 2 drives attached to this PC, then removed one of them? Did you recently move from a HDD to a SSD? Did you recently install Ubuntu or another operating system to your drive?

 

if you could tell your situation in a little more detail, this would help out tremendously.

It's a computer I just built and it was an old HDD I had that had windows 7 on it and no it's the only HDD

Install any other OS u have for now and boot it up...then make a new fresh copy of windows 7 or see if u can get the cd key and then format it using windows 7 disc...

If you pop in the Windows 7 key it should refined the boot loader for you.
