Not necessarily. There's two sides of the coin here. There's hardware support for Windows 11 and then Windows 11 support for hardware. Much older hardware is already known to run Windows 11 fine. Microsoft's hardware support is where they're choosing to draw the line. Just because Asus released a BIOS update doesn't say anything as to Microsoft's plans one way or another.

 

Remember, also, that we're just talking about official support here, anyways. It's almost for sure that you'll be able to actually run Windows 11 on much older hardware, but not with the official Microsoft seal of approval. That's means you're on your own, and if Microsoft releases an update that borks you're existing running Windows 11 install, you're out of luck. But, you can still do it.
