Is Storage Space's "Simple (No resiliency)" Raid 0?

Like the title said, is Storage Space's "Simple (No resiliency)" Raid 0?

 

I have tried to use Striped Volume from disk management, but they create dynamic disk which would not work with TRIM.

You probably have number of columns set wrong in storage spaces. You need number of columns set to the number of drives in a simple volume to get the full speed, so this would be 4 in your case. If setup right I find storage spaces get basically the same performance
