If you need fast response, ALWAYS google.

And besides, it wont matter. PCI-Express is a backwards and forwards compatible interface, so if you have a pcie 4.0 slot, you can plug in 3.0 and any other combination.

Based on the manufacturers' site (based on your photo), it appears to use PCIe 3.0, however, without knowing the SKU it's hard to say if it's an 8x or 16x card.

Can i replace it with a gtx 1050 ti

...Yes? I dont get your massive anxiety here. I would have to say that a 1050Ti (or the newer 1650 Super) would be a better buy than a 550, unless if:

1. You run Linux

2. Its far, far cheaper

3. You need a lot of VRAM no matter what.

Well that would be an odd misnomer considering ALL cards OP mentioned so far uses around 65W unless AIB specified, and thus dont need power connector.

PCI-E is both backwards and forwards compatible eg. 1x card into 16x slot, 4x card into 1x slot and the same thing applies to generation (you can easily put a PCI-E 3.0 card into a PCI-E 1.0) and it will work flawlessly.
