That's a DIN connector. You would need an -active- DIN to USB adapter specifically designed for keyboard use since the standards are completely different. I doubt you'll have a ton of luck finding one.

Only if the motherboard supports PS2 or DIN, otherwise the controller won't know what to do with the input and laptops haven't supported PS2 for a long while. I suppose you could go from DIN to PS2 to an active USB adapter but that would be a mess on a laptop and you would still need an active keyboard adapter.

Is the DIN connector and PS/2 connector intercompatible ? I mean can I use this  Active PS/2 connector ?

Should work. DIN and PS2 are passively compatible.
