Cancellation of computer speaker audio on microphone input with software

Konrni

I am trying to game without a headset. It is managable with a capacitor mic and fine tuning of the speakers but sometimes loud noises from games will be picked up.

Is there some software i could feed my mic and speaker in and it will subtract the speaker audio on a virtual Input source ?

Or is my best bet noice cancelling software? Any recommendations fo a noice cancelling software with focus on gaming audio?

Currently i use discord, if there are options there.

If you have a nvidia rtx card rtx voice is amazing for this.

It also works on GTX cards. Can attest it's great at removing noise. It works best on more or less constant noises like noise from fans, traffic that sort of thing.

The best solution for you and others on the call, however, is to just wear headphones.

That or get a mic that is made to only capture sound that is coming from a very near source. In software rtx voice is about as good as it gets.

I'm quite amazed by it. I was using OBS's built in noise suppresion and some gates until now, but it's impressive how clean the audio it is even when talking.
