Blue Screen WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and Random Restarts

Hey everyone, so recently I was lucky enough to build a new computer with some old parts and new parts and it has been running fine on and off. And I really need help with getting rid of the off. So, depending on the time it seems, the computer will either turn off and on and restart itself or it will blue screen with the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR stop code. I have a MSI MPG B550 CARBON WIFI Motherboard (BIOS Flashed), AMD 5950X (Properly seated, Drivers updated), 4x8GB Corsair Vengeance (Reseated Twice, Windows Memory Inspected with no faults), NVIDIA RTX 3090 FE (Reseated Twice, Updated Drivers), SAMSUNG 970 M.2 NVME 2 TB (Samsung Magician Updated Driver and Scanned for Issues, Checked it in BIOS as well), 1000 W Power Supply, Windows 10 Pro (Reinstalled Several Times...). If anyone has any ideas or recommendations please let me know. This problem is so evasive for me.

You probably need to RMA that 5950x, it is most likely defective. Lots of errors like this if you google around.
