I am upgrading my graphics card from a 1050ti and would like to know if a 3060ti will be able to run games such as rust, gta and forza at 1440 on an ultra wide.

The 3060ti isn't far off from a 3070. I ran a 3070 on a 3440x1440 34 inch ultrawide and didn't have many issues.
