"No AMD Graphics driver is installed"

My AMD driver doesn't seem to install on my RX 570, I have tried DDU, AMD pixel clock patcher but it doesn't seem to work, while my RX 580 has no problems installing its drivers. AMD Radeon software just doens't show up.

The image below is what always pops up when trying to install the drivers on my 570.  Driver version 21.6.1. HELP!

Uninstall the current driver with DDU and try installing the driver again. If it persists, get a different version of the driver, even the optional newer. I've had issues with drivers not even being signed while they were put as "Recommended/WHQL" so random bad things happen thanks amd.
