i7-11800H or ryzen 7 5800h which is better for video editing with all the specs including ram and GPU all same 16gb ram and rtx 3070 8gb

That's amazing number. I'm picking up gigabyte aero 15 OLED XD version with i7-11800H and 3070 8gb today I hope this should be okay for the 4k editing
