I think these errors are pointing to ram. Have you tried reseating the ram?

Have you checked that all cables are correctly seated, is it possible you nudged a SATA power or data cable while cleaning? Also most HDDs (non gas filled types) have a small breathing hole which it is entirely possible to clog with an air duster.

It would be very unlikely to be clogged, but if the hole exists on your model of drive (there should be a label warning not to cover the hole nearby), it should have a filter as well, finding the hole and gently wiping across it should remove any clogging, we are talking a very, very small hole. It is more likely to be a loose cable or other component.
