HELP! BT Headset not connecting!

I have these JBL Tune 500 BT which work fine on all devices other than my laptop.

They appear on screen, but after I click on it, this appears; HELP!

EDIT: The error seems to be resolved!

welcome to bluetooth on windows its every temperamental. aside from making sure you headset is in pairing mode when you are trying to connect to your laptop one other thing i can suggest is restarting your pc and disconnecting and reconnecting the adapter if you are using a bluetooth adapter.
