i would go amd with crucial ballistics ram instead of vengeance rgb  I also feel like you could fit 3070 in that budget insted of the 3060 ti but i understand that you are going all white

If the earliest date that you can get this build is 2022, then I would say its very early to select parts. If I were you, I would save as much as I could then consider building a PC.

Agreed, but if you want to stick with current hardware, this is what I was able to put together:

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RmR7Vc

CPU: Intel Core i5-10600KF 4.1 GHz 6-Core Processor  ($198.00 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: ID-COOLING SE-224-XT 76.16 CFM CPU Cooler  ($29.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus PRIME Z490-A ATX LGA1200 Motherboard  ($249.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  ($97.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB Video Card
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P360A ATX Mid Tower Case  ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic CORE GM 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply  ($70.00 @ Newegg)
Total: $715.96
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

^^^ Add these Phanteks SK120 DRGB fans for $35 @ Newegg

Pros vs yours:

• Intel gets a little toasty, but not enough to justify liquid cooling a 6 core chip, so you'll save a ton without missing hardly any performance

• Corsair RAM can only be controlled with iCUE, whereas G.Skill modules are much more flexible

• The P360A has significantly better airflow than the H510 + the white theme is maintained

• This system will never draw 750W, and I can personally verify that the type of unit I selected works well

Cons vs yours:

• I can't guarantee my cooler will allow that 10600KF to reach its full potential - though it should still be plenty

• Lower wattage power supply = constricted upgrade path
