Fans start and stop for no reason

Hi, i have a Gigabyte Aorus RX 570 4GB and for the past couple of days, the fans have been starting and stopping for no real reason ( i know the gpu has that fan stop, but it is disabled in AMD Driver and the Gpu does this at idle. at 40 *C), The fans are going from 0% to 100% every 2-3 seconds, even with a fan curve applied in both MSI Afterburner and AMD Driver, it just ignores it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
