It's listed under a few different names but searching "steel perforated angle" will find what you're looking for

they are usually or flat or L shaped and do come with different size of holes

 

they are usually used to build those industrial racks like those images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSoF0ERqLSQo7oZXLIpPkK
