My new computer dosnt boot

I just bought an ryzen 9 5900x, asus strix x570-f gaming and 32gb 3600 mhz corsair vengence ddr4 ram. But when i try too boot it the qled for cpu and dram is switching betwen the two and no output to the display.

I have tried to flash the bios and have also sent back the mohterboard too the seller but the sent the same one back and said nothing was wrong with it. I have also tested with an hyperx ram kit and only putting in one stick of ram at a time in all the slots from both brands.

any tips on what i can try next?
