Windows 10 can not locate my drive. 0x80300024

I just build a PC and I'm trying to install windows 10. I have the Windows 10 USB. I go to "Where do you want to install Windows?" I select my m.2 SSD and an message pops up saying "We couldn't install Windows in the location you chose. Please check your media drive. Here's more info about what happened: 0x80300024." I was just wondering if anyone has a fix or could help me.

My setup:

Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2

AMD Ryzen 5 3400G

XPG Spectrix S40G M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3x4 SSD 256GB

G.Skill RipJaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)

Problematic loading of SSDs in windows seems to come up a lot.  There appear to be differing suggested fixes which to some degree are situational.  Some of them have to do with how the SSD is formatted, some don’t.  I suspect more information is required.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

So the m.2 SSD wasn't showing up at all a few days ago. Then yesterday I got it to show up again. Then today it's back to not showing up. So I can't format it at the moment but what do I have to do to format it? I'm going to upload  some pictures of my Bios to see if there is anything that will make it show back up.
