Help: PC wont turn on

I have recently built a PC (specs at the end of the post) and it is running smoothly but sometimes (it have happened twice) when i shutdown the pc it wont wake up again, i tried reinstalling RAM, changing power cord, changing wall socket but nothing seems to work but then when i woke up the next morning and tried turning it(without doing anything) it started working, I am confused

Tuf b450 gaming plus

Gigabyte 3060

16gb team group ram

512gb M.2

1tb hard drive

650W XPG psu

Do you shut it down properly or use sleep mode or something ?

 

Otherwise mysterious…
