Pc crashing

Hello i would be glad if somebody can help me resolve this issue. I upgraded my pc recently because my motherboard was failling. So I bought mobo, cpu and rams. But one problem stayed the pc is crashing when playing games, doing gpu heavy things or just randomly.  I thought my gpu is dying since it is quite old r9 280 xfx. So I borrowed the same gpu from friend and the issue stays. Every tim it happens it goes like this controller disconnects and the internet then screen frezzes then I have to restart manually. I've tried many things and nothing helps. Thank you in advance for help

nope, defective psu can have all sorts of weird effects, especially random crashes.
