Hello everyone..

I have a lenovo l340, i5 9300h, gtx 1650 4gb, Single channel 8gb ram, 1tb hdd, it was fine until I updated to the last nvidia driver when it started to use the cpu at maximum speed, the usage started going up and down (observed with task manager only and the usage was all due to system), and started heating more than usual even when idle and put on balanced or battery saver mode. I downgraded to the previous version of nvidia driver but it didn't help, so I went back a few more version and it seemed to have fixed the issue. but today the fans suddenly started spinning faster although the speed and usage seemed fine with task manager so I decided to use msi and see what's going on, and this is what it showed. Any help is very appreciated.

Ps: it was good in some games and in others it kept stuttering like freezing for milliseconds and moving and repeat the cycle all the time but I haven't tried gaming after the issue happened because I have exams right now.

Thank you all so much in advance and sorry for the long message.

Please add some punctuation for better readability.

Thanks for the reply, I edited the post a little bit but I don't know of its more readable now, if there is anything not clear in specific, tell please and I'll try to rewrite it. Anyway, the problem is that the cpu and gpu are being used with full core clocks while the laptop is totally idle (like the pictures in the original post shows).
