Display Port not Working on new pc

Recently decided to delve into SFF and I brought my 1080ti for the ride from my old pc, never had any issues with it Display Port wise until I moved to this system. Can get a display with HDMI but not Display port. All drivers updated.

 

System specs:

i9 10850k

msi z490i Unify Mobo

gigabyte aorus 1080 ti

27" 1440p 165hz TUF Monitor

 

If any ideas or any other info please give me a shout.

Have you tried the card in another machine?  That would be the first step

 With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!
