My Intel Dx58so bios won't save settings

So I recently wanted to install Mac OS on my system so I decided to reset my bios by letting it go back to defaults, had pretty decent overclocks for the ram and cpu, after that I can't seem to get the bios to save any settings, it either says there was a problem with the bios or just boots into windows with no effects, I have checked my jumper wires and replaced the CMOS battery
