programs does not hava any internet connection HELP! (re-topic)

OOPS IVE typed "have" wrong 

 

HELP me out this problem im mad and want to play my games now!

 

 

but no 1 answers!!!

 

 

my problem is i dont have internet on my programs i do have internet on browser skype ict... there is something bad happend

 

anyone know what is going on????

 

im running on "Windows 8 Pro" 

 

 

what ive tried:

 

- internet connection on programs on other computer (does work)

- resetting hosts file

- changing firewall rules 

 

THIS ISNT A PROBLEM WTH MY ROUTER

 

im mad and want to fix my problem  :angry: ! so please help me out

 

this problem is sooo annoying me right now
