I need to tell someone my ssd is broken, and need a reason.

Hello! I need to tell someone my m.2 SSD is broken, but I dont want them to mistake another part of my pc for being broken, One time someone ended up thinking my motherboard was broken instead. They are very experienced with this type of stuff and just wanted to know something that would happen if a m.2 suddenly stopped working.

Tell them your M.2 SSD stopped working.

If they know what they're doing as you say, this won't be misunderstood.
