I got a realy old HP laptop atm and realy would like to get myself a desktop pc...

My budget is by far high enough (950 euros / 1350 US dollars) to buy the parts listed below (1350 euros / 1850 US dollars).

I am new to the computer busines so i don't realy know whats the best hardware so i apriciate any help ;)

I realy would like some tips on taking the price down a bit or just post the build

So.... here is my first build ever:

 

Part list:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4670K (@ 4.2 - 4.4)

WIFI: Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 6235

 

PSU: Corsair AX760

RAM: Corsair 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit

CPU cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H75

 

MOBO: ASUS MAXIMUS VI GENE

GPU: ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 + ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 (Dual SLI)

 

Storage: Western Digital Blue, 1 TB + Western Digital Blue, 1 TB (Raid 1)

 

CASE: Custom (I am designing it atm)

CASE: Corsair Obsidian 350D window (If i give up on the case xD)

Now for the question.

I need to know the hole spacing on some water cooler rads, doesn't matter what ones

Could somebody post them below?

Yes i would like to know where to save my coinz, but also have looks and mid range performance, i do not play farcry, battlefield and those other games...(I want be able to play AC4 at least)

i am looking for at least 3x better performance in comparison with my current laptop, which is realy bad anyway...

i MUST to use an external cooler if i model 3D (Solid Edge ST6), otherwise my gpu overheats.

 

not to much is asked here  :P

 

P.S. I also like windowed side panels
