You should not game on a TV, but if you already own one for yourself its a good way to stall time as you save up for a monitor.

For monitor, something like AOC C24G1 is pretty much the go to value 144Hz monitor at about 165-175$.

Use the igpu for now

 

You will have to overclock the igpu via bios or xtu, and also overclock the ram, maybe raise the freq to 3600 or 4000 or maybe try lowering timings to something like 15-15-15-35, you will have to increase ram volt, 1.5v as a starting point
