Which Gpu is the best

Hi I want to upgrade my r9 285 to a better gpu
I have an i3 10105f so I need to know if any of these gpu's will have bottleneck issues

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB GDDR5 - $600

AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT 6GB DDR6 - $760

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6GB GDDR6 - $700

AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT 8GB GDDR6 - $550

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 - $535

I need to know which one is best for its price and performance

In that list, the 1070ti, 2060 and 5600xt perform about the same.
But the 1070ti is probably the best value and best performances in the list considering it's cheaper than the other two.

 

 

Also, yes, bottlenecks will happen, no escaping that, regardless of the GPU you choose.

yea it's kinda hard recommend a GPU up with the CPU you have.  an i5 would be better. 

my gf uses a 1070 and handles everything she plays. but game like control will hit it hard. my 1080 struggles with it. 

 

the 1070 ti is a strong card. it's closer to a 1080 than a 1070. at a 65$ difference might be worth but once again you probably wont see the gains give your CPU. so in the end I'd take the 1070

could you recommend a good cpu for $200 aud under and i need one thats LGA 1200

would the i5-10400F 2.9GHz 6 Core 12 Thread LGA1200 Processor be a good upgrade or not 
Also if i buy the gpu and upgrade the cpu in like 1 or 2 years how much of an fps differnece will it make in games like RDR2 and cyberpunk
