My Cheap TV has that android.process.media problem

My cheap FOX TV gets popups onscreen of that problem and i can't even do anything, not even get into the menu. It's just constantly popping up. Is there anything I can do? Maybe reinstall the software or something. I've fixed my PC numerous times but I haven't got a clue about TVs. Any info would help, aside from telling me to go to a ASP. :)
