Budget (including currency): 4000-5000 Rand for CPU

Country: South Africa

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming, Call of duty titles, FPS games and some flight sims.

Other details: I currently have a Radeon R9 380 GPU but im looking to upgrade it in the future. At the moment i am looking to get a new CPU, motherboard and ram because my current system is a very old motherboard and cpu(have no clue what it is but it takes DDR3 ram) and im stuck between the Ryzen 3 4300GE and the 5 3600 CPUs and i dont know whoch to get. Im planning on pairing it up with a B550-A Pro or a X470 Gaming plus max motherboard and with 3200MHz memory any advice will be much appreciated!

Hands down, go with the 3600 and use your existing GPU for now, the 4000 series are APUs which you don't really need, are based on the same gen (despite the confusing naming)  and the 3600 performs better so if cost isn't a problem, 100% 3600.

Case - Phanteks Evolv X | PSU - EVGA 650w Gold Rated | Mobo - ASUS Strix x570-f | CPU - AMD r9 3900x | RAM - 32GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 3200mhz @ 3600mhz | GPU - EVGA nVidia 2080s 8GB  | OS Drive - Sabrent 256GB Rocket NVMe PCI Gen 4 | Game Drive - WD 1tb NVMe Gen 3  |  Storage - 7TB formatted
Cooled by a crap load of Noctua fans and Corsair H150i RGB Pro XT

I would pick the 3600 and the B550-A. For memory, I would get 3200mhz CL16 memory. If you can find 3200mhz memory with lower CL, for the same price, I would get that one.
