I'm also young enough that those are the only Windows OSes I really know and my family was too cheap to upgrade around the time Vista was in stores.

XP is my favorite of all time, but I've had 8.1 a couple days and I really like it so far.

XP and 7. Not sure about 8 yet, I haven't own it myself, but tried it on my friends laptop seems pretty fun.

I feel Windows 7 is both boring and lacking in performance optimizations, Vista is full of useless hate and XP is oversensualized and just plain old.

Windows ME... hehehe, no. Either Windows 7 or 8.1 depending on my "mood". Or something not really sure but sometimes I prefer 8.1 and other times metro seems like a distraction.

 

Edit: Also liked 2000 and XP when those weren't old.

I used WinME without a hitch up until 2005 when I finally got XP. Kept pretty up to date after that

Vista probably being my favourite - it pioneered all the best bits of 7 and 8 and was a noticeable upgrade after XP.
