Is freezing my GPU help in anyway like reflowing is it like the same thing? and is it a safety hazard for the other things in the freezer and the air just wondering cus my GPU doesn't show display or the fans spin I'm contemplating that the card is dead and trying to do as much as i can to revive it.

Freezing is not the same thing as reflowing, and it's also not the right way to fix a broken GPU.

What?

How is that going to help you?

Cooking in in a oven will soften the solder, is should fix it if there's something like a micro crack in the solder balls that's causing an issue

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

The reason why i asked that was because i seen a youtube video about it and it was about fixing a "dead" GPU but thank you and one fear i have about the oven reflowing is that the mess it might create and is the after math toxic and harmful to eat after, if so do you have any youtube videos that can help me on this?

its not the best way to do it.

The best way is to use tools designeed to do it, it can be dangerous to do it if it releases fumew when you cook it.
