hot cpu

my cpu has been running hot lately 50C-60C idle and 70C-85C under load, are these normal temps when ambient temperature is 23C-28C?
CPU ryzen 5 2600x
Gpu gtx 1660 super

Still normal, its summer, your room got probably hotter too.

You could check if the heatsink isn't dusty. I've seen some full of dust right under the fan.

I mean I've seen coolers with a layer of dust. No air goes through.

This is easy to clean,

You could just blow on it for instance
