Hi there,

I am having some issues with my PC. Tried a bunch of stuff already but still my PC keeps crashing.

Whenever it crashes, I can see on the Motherboard that the RAM light is on. It has crashed before I upgraded my CPU but not as much as right now.

First of all, the crashes happen at random and between 0 to 3 times a day. I could be watching something or just googling or gaming, and it crashes.

I am not very fond of getting new RAM's until i know for sure i have to haha.

My build:

Asus ROG Strix x570-F Gaming

AMD Ryzen 9 5900x

Radeon RX 5500 XT

2X 16Gb  G.Skill DDR4 Trident-Z 3600mhz

If you need any other information, let me know.

And thanks!

Disabling DOCP? Do elighten me...

its the XMP profile for your ram. with it disabled yoru ram will run likely at 2133mhz.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Doesn't that hurt the overall performance of the PC?

yes. but is is disabled by default. if you never have enabled it, your ram runs at 2133mhz.

Hol up, I'm confused. so you are suggesting to Enable it (if it is disabled).
And if it is enabled, leave it like that or do i disable it just to check ?

Let's hope this is it!

unlikely. disabled docp just means that your ram runs without an overclock.

it being enabled might have caused some problems, it being disabled not.
