Wifi card no longer detected after going to sleep

I have a TP-Link AC1200 wifi card that recently stops working whenever I put my PC to sleep. When this happens, it is no longer detected in device manager. Restarting my PC fixes the issue completely. Within device manager, I have disabled the option for allowing Windows to disable the card after going to sleep to save power. 

 

This problem started happening after I upgraded from a 2700X to 5600X. I have an Asus Prime B450-Plus, so I had to flash the BIOS.
