Disable snap windows only between monitors

Is there a way to disable the windows snapping only between monitors?

Because every time I try to drag a window from 1 monitor to another it gets stuck between the monitors trying to snap to the side of it

There is no option to only disable it this way. It's either certain snap functions are off (like do not snap full screen), snap is off or snap is on.

 

Windows factors speed in here. So when moving a windows you need to continuously be moving it AND not be slow about it.
