Why is Device Manager constantly refreshing?

I won't ask why you have that open all the time but do you have Network discovery on by any chance?

😕 SIGH...can someone tell why my damn ethernet is causing my device manager to constantly refresh? I know its my ethernet cable causing it because it stops when I unplug it. Thought I fixed this shit for good, and now it suddenly came right the hell back, out of the blue. Tired of this shit man. 🙄....It's causing stuttering in some of my games.

🙏 THANK YOU!!! It fucking worked!!!! 🙂....Forgot all about network discovery, thought I turned that shit off. Hope I never see that shit ever again. 🤞
