If youre in EU or close to it, Dashflo is the answer. Overall server stability is amazing and their support is very very helpful.

How cheap? https://bloom.host/minecraft/#order is pretty cheap compared to other hosts, but not as cheap as free lol

If you want "free" you could always run it from your computer but it won't be as reliable, your power bill will likely go up, and you might notice a performance hit depending on the specs.

minehut is good, but goes to sleep if the server is empty, tho starts back up in 1-2 mins
