The solution was to remove one of my memory sticks one of them was really old like 2015 LVL shit to now the games run perfectly

Reinstall Windows if you haven't yet, it's best practice to do that for a new motherboard, even if it should be fine

Wait you got a h series motherboard for a 11600kf?

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Bios database

My beautiful, but not that powerful, main PC:

H series motherboard can't overclock.

Entire point of buying the chip with the K on the end of the model number is to overclock it.

So basically you wasted money on the CPU by cheaping out on the board and got the worst of both worlds.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Unless you're overclocking, probably not. At stock settings, as long as you throw some airflow over those VRMs, it will probably be fine. Even possibly removing power limits if you're adventurous and the board allows it.

I'd like to say that you could have saved a few bucks on the 11400, but who knows if that was even available. So on it's own, there's nothing really wrong with it. You just can't multiplier overclock or go past 3200mhz spec, I believe.

Did you reinstall OS and see if problems persist?
