You need to be way more clear.
What do you consider render, what is your source.
So many questions.

It kinda looks like you not willing to put in the effort, if you don't why should anyone else?

I just want to make a real photo look like it ''rendered'', like the two files i showed...

Well I guess the easiest is finding a similar ring in rendered. 

I don't know of any filters that allow you to do that.
