Note: Not Looking for EsXi or proxmox or Windows Hyper-V Server

 

Am looking for a based OS placing a ISO image on the system an booting a VM Throw That OS Not Throw a Different Computer or a Remote Connection

but throw the Current VM OS I don't really know how to explain it like a dual boot experience but not dual booting lol.

 

Installing the OS then Create the VM an Launch it in the base system 

 

I hope someone can get what am talking about

Are you looking for a type 2 hypervisor like VMware Workstation or Oracle VirtualBox? That's where you install a hypervisor on your current OS, then setup VMs through the program. That's apposed to a type 1 hypervisor such as ESXi. 

 

 

Edit: Unless I'm completely missing what you need, since the post wasn't worded very clearly.
