https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Witelighting/saved/rXtkXL (i am aware the psu is 100 more dollars and the gpu will be around 500-700 at this moment .the gpu will be the last thing i get hopefully to get to better prices)

no peripherals are needed and i am upgrading from a

FX8350 8 core

Overspending on useless garbage is the number 1 issue here

Aio is not neccesary, get a fuma 2 or mugen 5 if you arent gonna overclock, if you are gonna overclock you may want to opt for a liquid freezer ii 280 or 360, supposedly the 280mm version performs better than a d15 whilst being quieter, btw not all aios are the same, some have rgb but perform like garbage, some dont have rgb but they outperform the best air coolers

X570 is not neccesary if you arent gonna have more than 1 gen4 nvme drive, get a b550a pro if you arent gonna oc, get the b550f for ocing

You can save 20$ on the ram by going non rgb ram

No reason to use a sata ssd nowadays, ill just assume the 860 is from your previous system

Case is incredibly expensive, get a p300a p360a or p400a instead

Not sure on the psu, but id stay away from an unknown brand

7/10, better options are available and you can prob upgrade your cpu and gpu with the money saved

Intel

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XTMVNP

Amd

Intel :

10850k cause ocable 10core cpu for the same price as a 5800x

If you dont wish on ocing, swap for a 10900f and fuma 2, easy 100$ saving that can be put towards the gpu

Amd :

5800x 8core cpu, upgradable up to 5950x 16core if you wish

if you dont plan on ocing, swap the cooler for a fuma 2 and the board for a b550 gaming plus, also easy 100$ saving

both :

Liquid freezer 360 aio, if not ocing swap for a fuma 2

Cheapest 16gb 3200mhz ram i could find

P400a case + an extra rgb fan cause atleast case rgb isnt too overpriced
