If I do the CAD > USD conversion, that's $64.21 USD. Its $59.99 on Amazon in the US.

 

Its what it costs there but I wouldn't call it a deal.

Generally people should avoid the 2 extreme ends of price tiers.

 

  • The crazy expensive stuff is 2-5 times more money for barely any if any at all performance/features.

 

  • The very cheap stuff drastically cuts quality and features to save every $10

 

Most people should pay at least 50% of the price of the CPU for a MB. 

 

If its literally the only way you can get a system together than its infinitely better than nothing.
