For what usage exactly? Do you have SAS drives? Are you looking for JBOD mode?

 

EDIT: As an example, I recently purchased this one for my home server - https://www.supermicro.com/en/products/accessories/addon/AOC-S3008L-L8i.php. It supports JBOD mode without any flashing needed.

Most SAS controllers can run in RAID or HBA mode depending on the firmware they're running.

HBA, or host bus adapter is the type of card you're looking for. They're just "dumb" disk controllers that pass through all disks to the operating system.

 

Should net you a lot more results. IT mode is also a common term found on RAID cards with HBA-like firmware as an option (IR mode = RAID, IT mode = HBA).
