why not to 780's?

3 is not worth it. Go for Asus.

And yes you should go for R9 290 or gtx 780.

You did mean that you were going to only be purchasing one, but are torn between which of the three that you linked to purchase? 

 

If that is the case, I would recommend either the Vapor X or Asus DCU II. They are both great and look beautiful, and if you're like me, that is one of the big selling points. 

 

If you did mean that you were going to be purchasing three of them, then just go with SLI 780's, they're the same price and will scale better than 3-way cfx.

Go for  the cheapest out of the three, they are all great coolers with very minor differences.

I'd go with two R9 290s, the additional memory will be good for a triple monitor eyefinity setup.
And the 290 series scale much better in CrossfireX due to the new XDMA hardware implementation.
