So, my father's laptop wont boot and i took the ssd out and placed it to usb external adapters (i used two). At first, i was able to look inside the drive, and took important files from it, but all of a sudden the drive(G+N partitions) became like this.

And I can't explore the drive anymore.

Please help. Thank you.

It was starting to fail hence having to put it in another machine instead of booting from it, and it's now failed for good it seems.

try disconnecting the USB reader, reseating the drive and reconnecting?
