hmm, do you know what power supply you have?  Right off the bat the GTX 750 or 750ti would be a good idea if your psu can support it.  Its small and single slot.  It also packs quite a punch, however your cpu would not be sufficient enough to power a mid-high end graphics card. Sorry

#1. Please don't increase the text size or underline/bold sections of text. It's just annoying to read and unnecessary

#2. I'd just suggest saving up $800 and getting a new build. You're looking at a new motherboard, CPU, and GPU if you want to upgrade (and a new PSU, since the one in the case there is probably weak as).

Ryzen 9 5950x | NH-D15 | ROG STRIX X570-F | G.Skill 32GB DDR4 | MSI Ventus RTX 3080 | WD Black SN850 1TB PCIe 4 | Samsung 850 EVO + 860 EVO 1TB | Corsair 5000D Airflow

Dell S3422DWG | Dell S2721DGF | Corsair K70 RGB Keyboard | Logitech G502 Lightspeed | ATH-R70x

I agree, you can build a budget one for not a ton of money.

Get this

Better than consoles. you will be able to play every game, just not on max settings.  Minecraft should easily run on max settings however Ghosts would probably need to run on low or medium settings.  Which would still look better than a console.  Sell your console get a cheap gaming pc.  You can upgrade it in the future and start playing some ultra setting beauty!

my processor is 2 cores

Well, dude...  umm.  probably this would perform better, and be a start:

AMD A8-5600K 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor (using the stock cooler)

This cpu has graphics built in, it can run minecraft just fine.  However games like COD will have to wait until you get an extra $100 for a good graphics card, however this can be upgraded to a higher end graphics card like an r7 260x which can play battlefield 4 on high settings completley fine, for about $120 extra when you save up.

ASRock FM2A55M-DGS R2.0 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard

Decent motherboard, has everything you need.  Nothing you dont, it looks pretty alright and you can add a graphics card in the future.

A-Data XPG V1.0 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

For now, its decent.  4GB should get you where you want to go.  Minecraft is no problem

Hard Drive: your current one

Fractal Design Core 1000 USB 3.0 MicroATX Mid Tower Case

Decent case, cheap and is able to fit graphics cards in the future

Antec Basiq 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

Far from the best, but its enough and its probably more reliable than your current power supply.

OS:  your current one.

TOTAL: $254.93

I would get this instead of a graphics card alone, its much more flexible and while you cant play everything now.  When you save up a little money, you are able to get a decent graphics card and start playing some ultra settings!

Don't listen to these PC elitists telling you that you need a ridiculous system to play ghosts and minecraft. Both of the parts I linked will go right into your system no problem and allow you to play even the most demanding games out at low settings and will allow you to play ghosts and minecraft on ultra, will also be able to play Skyrim on medium/high settings a long with a bunch of other games.
