Without knowing rest of your system details and games you play. Nope.

Usually it's not a good idea to get a 5900X instead of a 5800X for a gaming focused PC, but if you're ok with spending extra for a small performance increase in some games it's fine.

 

Since you're considering such a high end processor I assume you plan on pairing with a very powerful graphics card? It certainly wouldn't be worth it combined with a GTX 1060

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
