Do any web browsers still use the XUL format for extensions?

Just started coding a XUL extension thinking that was the format that seamonkey uses but it turns out it uses Webextensions API now so are there any browsers still using XUL as there main extension format? I know that Waterfox and Palemoon still support it but I wondered if any browser still use it as the main format.

Pretty sure everything mainstream has moved away from it by now, and only the "classic" versions of some browsers made for old machines/specifically to use those extensions use it.

Yeah I think XUL is cool because XML rocks . I started playing around with XUL for the first time yesterday (I have coded modern web extensions before that use the Webextensions API)
