assuming you are running it an a case with all the other hardware needed, is all that you are missing a gpu?

8 GB Ram, 500GB SSD storage and case can be anything cheap with ARGB.

With this budget argb is the least of your concerns

 

Its either performance or looks, you cant do both especially on this tight budget

You are either gonna look at the used market for parts (lga 1156 1366 etc)

 

Or you are gonna look for a cheap perbuilt that has an amd apu

My father is going to buy me this pc and he doesn't like used market because of shipping and we live in kind of a rural area.

Yeah it will. 550 will just enough for the Build. But maybe considering to get a 16 GB Dual channel Instead, The price are not that high imo.

If you're planning to get a Ryzen 5 3400g maybe get a 3200MHZ-3600MHZ 16GB Dual channel ram, and a Low-Mid tier PSU, And a 500GB NVME should be fine or getting a SSD at very least

No matter what PSU tier you got, Like Tier D or C. It wont really have a benefit in real world performance. As long the PSU are indeed from a Pretty reputable brand, You should be good...
