Upgrading pc

Go to solution Solved by Cfcarrabine,
I just upgraded my motherboard and CPU and q flashed a bios update. First when plugged it in it booted to windows and I was able to log in and then the screen went black and the monitor lost signal. I restarted the computer and tried again but this time all I got to was through the mobo logo screen and then the monitor lost connection. I reset again and went into bios to change it to Legacy mode the computer restarted and I got the same thing again I restarted my computer again and when I loaded into bios it said the bios had been reset. I tried the process a few more times and then decided to try and switch the ram slots to see if that would help but after I did that it got worse. I turned on the pc and the RGB on the fans wouldn't work and I couldn't even get a signal on my monitors at all this time and When I went to restart the computer the power button on the case wouldn't turn off the pc after holding it for 5 seconds and the light around the power button would start flashing. I put the ram back to how it was and it stayed the same. I tried checking all of the cords and power and I completely disassembled the pc and reassembled it and nothing worked. Does anyone know how to fix this this please?

There's been a lot of talk here against using Double Forward PSUs with 30.. GPUs

You could check that lead as you could have one of those

How could I go about doing that because I went from a ryzen 5 3600 to ryzen 5800x which could have maybe pushed it over the edge.

Ok, I agree, it was meant as an idea,

It'd be nice though to try another psu (Platinum or Titanium), to try the gpu in another desktop, to try another gpu in your desktop...

DP or HDMI and do you have HDMI cable 2.1 ?
